Dr. Adam Reynolds has been involved in the health and wellness industry for 15 years. While attending the University of Western Ontario taking Health Science, he began working as a personal trainer and started making a difference in people’s lives through exercise. This inspired him to take his education and training to the next level.
Adam went to graduate school to become a Chiropractor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. At the same time he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After attaining his Doctor of Chiropractic, Adam co-founded Catalyst Health in Toronto, a premier boutique gym. He has also served as a strength and conditioning coach for the Florida Panthers organization.
Adam is a certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute as well as an Active Release Techniques Provider.
Ultimately, Dr. Reynolds is committed to improving the health and well-being of people in the community where he lives and works.
Danielle Reynolds is a Personal Training Specialist as well as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with over ten years experience in the health and wellness profession. Originally from Ottawa, Danielle graduated from the theatre performance program at Dalhousie University. After several years working in the arts she decided to return to her studies – following her passion for food and fitness.
Danielle graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2011 and has been working as a nutritionist and personal trainer ever since. Danielle is a Pre and Post Natal Specialist and holds certificates in Children’s Fitness and Active Aging.
With a strong commitment to health and fitness, Danielle has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. She very much looks forward to continuing this work within the PEC community.
